If you've placed a Paper order and asked for a Design Consult, you will get an email from our head designer (Cindy) within 24 hours to set up a time to chat. Once you've had a chance to touch base she'll get working on your designs. Based on what service option you chose, she'll email you designs to review within a couple days.
If you placed a Paper order and don't need a Design Consult, Cindy will get working on your designs right away! Within a couple days expect an email from her with your design comps to review.
Remember, we never go to print until you love and approve everything, so we're happy to chat/email as much as you need to get things perfect.
Your website is available in your account under "My Websites" the moment you purchase, so you can start editing and designing your site immediately!
All your Paperless designs will be under "My Paperless", and if you've already sent a Paperless there will be a green circle over the project that you've sent. Hover over the sent project and you'll see a 'Manage + Track' option - click on that to see all the details of your invitation send.
Once you've purchased a logo (either for a Website or a Paperless), you will be notified within 2 business days via email when it has been uploaded to your account and is ready to use.
Paper samples will ship within 5-8 business days. If we have any questions about your notes, we'll reach out via email.
