Custom desgined paper orders cancelled before digital proofs have been emailed to the Client will be refunded in full.
Custom desgined paper orders cancelled after digital proofs have been emailed to the Client will be subject to a fee of $175.
Design Your Own orders cancelled after digital proofs have been approved for production will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the production status of the order.
